At the end of all this digital connection, I hope y'all can eventually form local communities and meet in-person. Time in nature, spent with those you can touch and sit around a fire with, is just so healing. However, I also know that being centrally located to others right now is a privilege and online options are sorely needed.Â

Our Sunday Broadcast is the closest thing HIMN offers to traditional "services." Each week, we release a 20-30 minute broadcast that features people across races, creeds, ages, genders, sexual identities and orientations, and backgrounds, each giving their insight into the topic of Hope & Resistance. You can expect anything from poetry readings or recitations of famous speeches to lectures, slam poetry, or original sermons. These are not live-streamed.
This is the major community center of this whole operation. From book clubs, to interest groups, to virtual events, Discord is the primary platform for the HIMN community. Due to liability concerns, our Discord community is strictly 18+.
My pie-in-the-sky, pipe dream would be for HIMN to have its own active twitch channel, with space for interviews, body doubling, game and activity nights... just all the amazing, interactive things you can accomplish on Twitch. However, the time commitment that would go into sustaining a Twitch channel on top of everything else would be immense, and HIMN is unfortunately a part-time passion project. I've reserved the username for now, though. Maybe one day! -R
